Wisconsin Dept of Transportation and FOX 47 present a Message to Teens. MSG 2 TEENS is a Teen Driving Safety Campaign that encourages high school students to create Public Service Announcements that are produced by teens for teens.

Here's the best part: the PSAs will be written, produced and directed by teens for teens! These PSAs can cover any of the following driving dangers: Speed, Impaired Driving, Inattentive Driving, Texting/Cell Phone Use while Driving and Seatbelts.

A panel of judges will select five finalists from all valid entries received. The five finalists will each get four hours of shooting time, and up to eight hours of editing time to produce their broadcast-quality PSA at Fox 47.

After all the PSAs are completed, they will be placed right here on Fox47.com for viewer voting. We will be encouraging viewers to go online and vote for their favorite PSA beginning December 14th through 5pm on January 20th, 2012 (see below for details on extension of voting). The PSA with the most votes will be seen during prime time programming the week of February 6th, 2012.

The winning PSA will continue to run from February through August 2012 on Fox 47. Second through Fifth place finalists' PSAs will air later in February through August 2012 on Fox 47.

Due to an unexpected technical error in the online vote collection process, WMSN is extending the voting for the MSG 2 Teens contest until 12:00 Noon CST on February 3, 2012. All viewers are eligible to vote, however, if you previously voted for your favorite MSG 2 Teens video, please be sure to vote again. Viewers may vote once per day.
